Business HQ — by Context is Love
Find where valuable work keeps dying after your team already did the hard part.
Business HQ takes one thing that keeps going wrong and carries it through the places work usually dies — forgotten, unowned, unfinished, unquoted, unpaid or dropped in a hand-off — with the person responsible and the next step attached, until it is actually done.
The tools you already use stay exactly as they are. Nothing is pulled in from another tool — Business HQ holds what your team deliberately puts into it.
The pattern
“Nobody dropped the ball. The ball was never handed to anyone.”
Most of these problems aren't a missing tool. It's what one person knew and the next person never heard.
Decisions
Made in a call, never written down.
Changes
Updated once, communicated to no one.
Ownership
Everyone assumed someone else had it.
Handoffs
Context stays with the person, not the work.
Follow-through
The next step quietly expires.
Business HQ in action
One promise, carried all the way to closed.
An illustrative sequence, not a claim of an integrated property system. Nothing is synced in the background — the promise enters Business HQ because someone put it there.
- 01
A guest asks for late checkout
The request arrives at the desk in passing, mid-shift, with three other things happening.
- 02
The front desk promises it
Someone says yes. Right now that promise lives in one person's head.
- 03
Business HQ carries it
The promise is captured with the room, the owner, and the next step attached.
Owner + next step
- 04
Housekeeping sees the same context
The people with access to that space see the current state — not a forwarded message.
Shared on purpose
- 05
It stays open until it's closed
It keeps coming back until someone marks it done, and everyone can see it was finished.
Visible follow-through
What you get
Why this is different.
Fewer dropped handoffs
Work moves with its context, so the next person does not start from an empty screen.
Less hunting through texts and notes
The current state of a commitment sits in one place instead of across three threads.
Clearer ownership
Every open item has a named person who accepted it. Nothing is assumed.
Visible follow-through
You can see what is still open, what closed, and when — without asking around.
A record of what changed
When something is updated, the earlier version stays, so decisions can be understood later.
Alongside the tools you already use
Your booking, customer or dispatch tool stays exactly where it is. Business HQ holds what happens between people.
Founding pilot rate
Put one thing that keeps going wrong through it for 30 days.
$500 one time
The founding pilot rate for the first operators we set up.
30 days · one problem we can measure · no ongoing contract · we agree how success is measured before we start
Your 30-day pilot
- $500 one time, total. There is no ongoing contract and nothing to cancel.
- 30 days, starting once setup is done and your team can actually use it.
- One focused business problem — something that keeps going wrong in how work gets done. If you already know what it is, we start there. If you don't, finding it is part of the pilot.
- Before setup starts we write down, together, what a good result looks like, so there is an agreed way to tell whether it worked.
- Founder-led diagnosis and setup. We look at how the work actually happens today, then set your Business HQ up around it.
- One defined operating scope: the team, shift or location where that work happens. More than one location is only included if we write it into the scope before kickoff.
- Up to 15 participating staff accounts, plus your own owner/admin account, which is not counted as one of the 15.
- The business pays once. Staff never pay anything, and there is no per-person charge during the pilot.
- Everyone taking part signs in with their own individual account. There is no shared company login.
- You invite only the people involved in the work we are fixing. A 50-person business does not need to add 50 people.
- Staff only see the work they are part of. Owner notes, HR, payroll and unrelated parts of the business stay with the owner/admin.
- Seats follow active access. If someone is no longer involved you can remove them and invite a replacement, as long as no more than 15 participating staff have access at once. Their past contributions stay on the record.
- On day 30 nothing is deleted. The workspace moves into a review state so you can look at the results and decide what happens next.
- Rolling out to more people, more parts of the business or more locations afterwards is a separate scope and pricing conversation. Buying the pilot commits you to nothing beyond the 30 days.
Tick the box above to continue to payment. This confirmation is about scope only — our Terms and Privacy Policy are separate.
Before you buy
Is the pilot right for you?
Plain terms, with real examples of what is in and what is not.
Is my business a fit for this?
If there is one thing that keeps going wrong in how work gets done — and someone would notice if it stopped going wrong — it is a fit. You do not need to be big, tidy, or already organised, and you do not need to know the cause. Working that out is part of the pilot.
Included
- A hotel where the night shift keeps handing over the wrong information
- An agency where nobody can say who is chasing which claim
- A trades business where jobs get finished but never invoiced
- An owner who only knows that things keep slipping, not why
Not included
- Nothing is going wrong and you just want to try software
- You want us to replace the system you already run the business on
- The problem is a person, not the way work moves
What exactly do I get for the money?
$500 one time, total. We look at how the work actually happens today, set your Business HQ up around it, and run it for 30 days with the people involved. Before setup starts we write down together what a good result looks like, so at the end there is an agreed way to say whether it worked.
Included
- Founder-led diagnosis of where the work is breaking
- Setup of your Business HQ around how you already work
- 30 days of real use, starting once your team can actually use it
- Up to 15 participating staff, plus your own owner/admin account
- Individual logins for everyone taking part, at no cost to them
Not included
- Custom software built to order
- Building integrations into your other systems
- Unlimited company-wide rollout
- Ongoing consulting after the 30 days
How much of my business does it cover?
One focused problem, in one place where that work happens — a team, a shift, or a single location. Keeping it narrow is what makes 30 days long enough to tell whether it worked. A second location or a second problem is only included if we write it into the scope before we start.
Included
- One recurring problem, agreed in writing before kickoff
- One team, shift, or location where that work happens
- Only the people actually involved in that work
Not included
- Every department at once
- A second site added halfway through
- Adding everyone in the company because they have an email address
Who can see what?
Everyone signs in with their own account. Staff only see the piece of work they are part of. Owner notes, HR, payroll, and anything unrelated stay with the owner/admin. Nothing personal you keep on your own side is visible to the business.
Included
- Staff see the work they are part of
- Owner/admin sees everything in the business workspace
- Removing someone frees their place; their past contributions stay on the record
Not included
- A shared company login everyone uses
- Staff browsing parts of the business they are not involved in
- Anything from your personal side appearing at work
What happens on day 30?
Nothing is deleted and nothing renews. The workspace moves into a review state, we go through the results against the measure we agreed, and you decide what happens next. Buying the pilot commits you to nothing beyond the 30 days — there is no contract and nothing to cancel.
Included
- Your data stays exactly where it is
- A review of the result against the agreed measure
- A free decision: expand, continue on an agreed plan, or stop
Not included
- An automatic subscription
- A cancellation fee or notice period
- Pricing for a wider rollout decided without you
Set up for your work
One product. Set up in the language your team already uses.
There is one Business HQ, and it adapts to your business. Your line of work changes the wording, the everyday routines and the views inside it — not the product you buy or who can see what.
Worked example
Hotels & motels
A guest promise made at 9:40am still gets kept at 3pm, across a shift change — instead of the guest having to ask twice.

Choose your industry
The problem is universal. The work isn't.
Pick the one closest to your work and see the money and time your team is already losing to work that was almost finished. It is the same Business HQ in every case — you do not need to see your line of work listed to start a pilot.
Staffing & Recruiting
The candidate was a fit. The context didn't travel.
Requirements shift mid-search, feedback lives in three inboxes, and two recruiters call the same candidate the same week. Context Is Love holds the real state of a search — what the client actually wants now, what each conversation revealed, and who is carrying the next step.
Context it holds
- Candidate overview and history
- Interview notes and debriefs
- Client role requirements as they evolve
- Recruiter and hiring-manager communication
- Scheduling and availability
- Placement decisions and why
- Who owns the next contact
- What changed and open follow-through
What that changes
- Faster placements with less re-work
- Stronger matches from accumulated context
- Fewer duplicate or conflicting outreach touches
- Better candidate and client experience
- Stronger post-placement retention
Across every business
What Context Is Love actually does.
Remembers decisions — and why
A decision stays connected to the reasoning, evidence, and people behind it, so the people with access to that work can see why it was made later — instead of piecing it back together from scattered threads and files.
Tracks what changed
When something is updated, the earlier version stays. You can see what shifted and when, instead of only the latest state.
Makes ownership explicit
Work is attached to a named person who accepted it. No implied assignments, no assumed handoffs.
Preserves private and shared boundaries
What's private stays private. What is shared is shared on purpose, with the people who were actually involved.
Brings back what people need, when they need it
The history that matters comes back when the next step is due — you don't have to remember to go looking for it.
Positioning
Works with your stack, not against it.
Context Is Love is not a CRM, a project-management tool, an EMR, a dispatch system, or an applicant tracking system — and it isn't trying to become one. Those systems hold records. They rarely hold the reasoning, the change, or the handoff between two people.
We sit across those human handoffs: the decision made on a call, the requirement that quietly shifted, the commitment someone made and nobody wrote down. Your specialised tools stay exactly where they are. Context Is Love keeps what falls between them from turning into work done twice.
- Keeps the tools you already use in place
- No AMS or CRM integration, and no background sync
- Works only with context you intentionally bring in
- Adopted by a team, not mandated by a platform
Trust
A team only keeps something like this up to date if they trust it.
Private by design
Personal context is not pooled into shared spaces. Access follows membership, enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface.
Access is explicit and revocable
Business information is private by default. Access is granted deliberately to a named person, for a specific space, and can be withdrawn. Sharing is recorded, so you can see who was given what. An invitation alone does not reveal any content.
Clear attribution
Facts, perspectives, decisions, and AI interpretations are labeled differently. You can always see where something came from.
Human judgment preserved
The system proposes; people decide. Nothing is committed to a person without that person accepting it.
Context Is Love is in active development and currently runs a limited pilot program. We describe how the product behaves today and make no compliance certification claims.
Questions
Common pilot and privacy questions.
Who is the founding pilot for?
Small teams losing money or time on work that was already half-done — a promise nobody wrote down, a quote never sent, a follow-up nobody owns. There is one Business HQ and it adapts to your business; the founder sets it up with you during the pilot.
How is this different from a CRM or project-management tool?
Your customer, hiring, records, booking or dispatch tool stays in charge of its own data. Context Is Love is a separate place for the thinking, the changes and the hand-offs between people. It works alongside the tools you already use, not instead of them, and only with what you deliberately put into it.
What does joining the pilot actually involve?
One recurring problem we can measure. We agree how success will be measured before we start, the founder sets it up with you, and the pilot runs for 30 days with regular check-ins.
Is our team's information private and secure?
Business information is private by default. Nothing is visible to a colleague because you both work at the same company — access is granted explicitly, to a specific person, for a specific space, and can be revoked. Access decisions are enforced on the server and recorded. Personal context is never pooled into shared spaces, and we make no compliance certifications we have not verified.
Do we need to connect our PMS, CRM, or email?
No. There is no PMS or CRM integration and no background sync, and none is required for the pilot. Context Is Love only works with what you deliberately put into it: notes, messages, links, documents, and decisions. Nothing is pulled from another system in the background.
What does the pilot cost?
$500 one time for a 30-day pilot on one recurring problem we can measure. No ongoing contract and nothing to cancel. We agree how success will be measured before we start and review the result at the end.
How many of our staff can take part, and do they pay?
The business pays the $500 once — staff never pay anything. The pilot includes up to 15 participating staff accounts for the work we focus on, plus your owner/admin account, which is not counted as one of the 15. Everyone signs in with their own individual account; there is no shared company login. If you have 50 employees, you invite only the people who actually touch that work. Your admin controls invitations and can revoke someone's access at any time. Rolling out to more people or more areas afterwards is a separate scope and pricing conversation.
What happens after we book a conversation?
We spend 15 minutes on the one thing you want fixed and agree how we will measure it. If it is a good fit, we set up your team's space in a founder-led session and walk you through the first capture. If it isn't the right time, we keep you informed as the product matures.
