If you are signed in
The fastest route is the in-product Give feedback option. It reaches us directly and carries enough technical detail for us to reproduce what you saw — without sending us the content of your spaces.
Trouble signing in
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or your email and password. If a confirmation or password-reset email does not arrive, check spam, then request a new one — older links stop working once a new one is issued. Forgot your password? Use the sign-in page and choose the reset option.
Your account and your data
You can delete your account permanently from Account settings inside the product. That removes your private data, anonymises records other people still rely on, and revokes your sessions. What happens to each kind of record is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you cannot sign in to delete your account, email us from the address on the account and we will handle it.
Something the AI got wrong
Corrections matter more than complaints here — they improve what the product understands. Tell us what it said, what was actually true, and where you saw it. How the AI reasons and what it will never do is described on our AI Transparency page.
Safety and security
If you believe you have found a security issue, email hello@contextislove.com with the subject “Security report” and please do not disclose it publicly until we have replied.
