Stripe sends your payment receipt by email. Nothing else is automated: a person sets up your pilot, so the kickoff starts with a short conversation.

2.We reply to schedule a 30-minute kickoff call, normally within one business day.
3.On that call we agree the one workflow and what success means for it.
4.You invite the people involved in that workflow — each with their own login.
5.The 30 days start once setup is done and your team can actually use it.

First setup step: invite the people involved in this workflow

Invite only the people who actually touch the workflow this pilot is proving. If your business is larger than that group, you do not add everyone — you start with the people the work moves through.
Your pilot includes up to 15 participating staff accounts for that workflow, plus your own owner/admin account, which is not counted as one of the 15.
Each person gets their own individual login at no extra charge during the pilot. Staff never pay anything, and there is no shared company login.
You stay the admin: you control who is invited and can revoke someone’s access at any time. Their account is their identity; access to your business comes from the membership you grant.
If someone leaves the workflow you can remove them and invite a replacement, as long as no more than 15 participating staff have access at once. What they already contributed stays on the record.
At the end of the 30 days your data stays exactly where it is. The workspace moves into a review state, we go through the results with you, and you decide whether to expand, continue under an agreed plan, or stop.
Adding more people or more workflows after the 30 days is a separate scope and pricing conversation. Nothing renews automatically.
