What Business HQ does
It preserves the agreed context around one recurring workflow — what happened, what matters, who owns it, what happens next — and keeps the relevant people aligned as the work moves between shifts, people and departments. It supports follow-through. It does not try to become your system of record.

- $199 one time, total. There is no ongoing contract and nothing to cancel.
- 30 days, starting once setup is done and your team can actually use it.
- One focused business problem — something that keeps going wrong in how work gets done. If you already know what it is, we start there. If you don't, finding it is part of the pilot.
- Before setup starts we write down, together, what a good result looks like, so there is an agreed way to tell whether it worked.
- Founder-led diagnosis and setup. We look at how the work actually happens today, then set your Business HQ up around it.
- One defined operating scope: the team, shift or location where that work happens. More than one location is only included if we write it into the scope before kickoff.
- Up to 15 participating staff accounts, plus your own owner/admin account, which is not counted as one of the 15.
- The business pays once. Staff never pay anything, and there is no per-person charge during the pilot.
- Everyone taking part signs in with their own individual account. There is no shared company login.
- You invite only the people involved in the work we are fixing. A 50-person business does not need to add 50 people.
- Staff only see the work they are part of. Owner notes, HR, payroll and unrelated parts of the business stay with the owner/admin.
- Seats follow active access. If someone is no longer involved you can remove them and invite a replacement, as long as no more than 15 participating staff have access at once. Their past contributions stay on the record.
- On day 30 nothing is deleted. The workspace moves into a review state so you can look at the results and decide what happens next.
- Rolling out to more people, more parts of the business or more locations afterwards is a separate scope and pricing conversation. Buying the pilot commits you to nothing beyond the 30 days.

Straight after payment you get kickoff instructions. Kickoff confirms the workflow, the baseline, who takes part, the success metric and the timing — then setup begins. Your first setup step is inviting the people involved in that workflow; each of them gets their own login at no extra charge during the pilot.
